For your peace of mind, We do not store any information relating to customer personal information on the server in plaintext format. We also do not store any credit card information. All of our processes and information is handled with the upmost care and in line with GDPR.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password chosen by you when you registered on our website and for restricting access to your computer and/or email address to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Payment
To protect our customers, we reserve the right to request certain personal information such as copy of ID and credit card used for payment in order to confirm your order payment.

Nolan’s will never disclose any information relating to customers to any third party for marketing or any other purposes unless express permission has already been given. In addition, we will not use your email address for any purpose other than essential communications relating to your order, unless you express an interest in receiving details of special offers and so on.
Shipping
National shipping within ROI only via An Post track & trace at a flat fee of €5. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Most orders will be dispatched within 5 days unless the item is out of stock or has to be made to order, in which case we will email to let you know the expected delivery date once we process your order.
Click & Collect
Our click & collect service applies to online product only and must be paid and processed via website. Notification of your order being accepted does not mean it will be immediately available for collection. Your order will only be ready for collection in-store once you receive email notification that your order has been completed.
Order Policy
After placing an order, You will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received Your order. Please note that this does not mean that Your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance by emailing you confirmation of shipping. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at any time for any reason, and may in certain circumstances request additional information before accepting an order. You may cancel a contract and obtain a refund by notifying us in writing and returning the Products as set out in accordance with our Returns Procedure.
Returns
Customers who would like to return merchandise bought on our website for any reason may return these goods for exchange or refund provided that they are returned in their original condition and in accordance with the returns procedure within 14 Days of receipt of the goods.
Good purchased instore can be returned for exchange or credit note within 14 days.
If you receive damaged goods, you MUST notify us by email on info@nolansjewellers.ie within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable and please note that where exchange of goods is required, additional shipping charges will be incurred. Engraved, personalised or special items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased online CANNOT be returned or exchanged in the shop itself, they must be returned via the procedure stated above.
Prices
Prices are quoted in EUR. Please note that all prices on this Website are for on-line purchases only and may differ in-store.
Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may on occasion have to be altered. If this occurs, we will email you to notify you of these changes and request you to reconfirm your order at the altered price. By notifying you, we shall be entitled to cancel any contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a Product the price of which was stated incorrectly on the Website.
